Consulting hours are from 9.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to midday on Saturdays.

Urgent problems are always dealt with promptly. If you believe that your condition requires urgent attention please inform the receptionist when making your appointment.
Sometimes your needs might be best dealt with in a longer consultation. Please let our receptionist know so that adequate time can be provided. If you are working full time during the day, arrangements for late appointments can be made.
Failing to attend or cancelling an appointment at short notice will result in a missed appointment fee of $30 which is non-refundable by Medicare
If you require repeat prescriptions please make an appointment with the doctor. This will allow the doctor time to check your medical history to ensure that you should continue with the medication and to make sure that your medical history is current and that your health care is being managed appropriately. When you pick up your last prescription at the chemist we encourage you to make an appointment with the doctor.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa.
Through our direct connection to Medicare via HIC Claims Online, your Medicare clain can be processed on the spot and a rebate deposited to your nominated bank account within 48 hours.
If you have difficulty paying our fees at any time, please discuss this with your doctor. Your health is our priority.
We ask that all new patients complete our “New Patient Information Form” and hand it to reception or the doctor (open the file in Acrobat or Preview if you wish to type your responses).
